Scientific Meeting:

For the Scientific Meeting, we only offer onsite options. Online registration will close at 9:00 pm on Monday July 6, 2025 (Hong Kong Time). Onsite registration will be available at the event.

Onsite Participation: Limited to 220 participants.

Rates:

• Early Rate for Trainees: $2000 HKD (For currently enrolled students and postdocs only)
• Early Rate for Non-Trainees: $3500 HKD
• Standard Rate for Trainees: $2500 HKD (For currently enrolled students and postdocs only)
• Standard Rate for Non-Trainees: $4500 HKD
• Onsite for Trainees: $3000 HKD (For currently enrolled students and postdocs only)
• Onsite Rate for Non-Trainees: $5000 HKD

The early bird rates have been extended until June 10th, 2025.

Education section:

The Education Section accommodates a maximum of 30 onsite participants (first-come, first-served).

Rates:

• Rate for Single Day Educational Program Trainee : $600 HKD
• Rate for Single Day Educational Program Non-Trainee : $1000 HKD

Note: All prices are in HKD. Approximate exchange rate HKD $1 = USD $0.13, subject to daily rate changes.
