Abstract Submission Instructions

Thank you for your interest in submitting an abstract. Please carefully follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission process.

Key Details

• Submission Deadline: May 16th, 2025 (Hong Kong Time)
• Abstract Submission Format: Text entry within the online submission system
• Content Limit: Maximum 3,000 characters (including spaces and references)
• Attachment (Optional): Only for illustrative figures related to the abstract (text-based abstracts in attachments will not be accepted)
• File Format for Attachments: JPEG (.jpg/.jpeg) or PNG (.png)
• Maximum File Size for Attachments: 20 MB

Please ensure that your abstract is submitted as text within the system and that any accompanying figures are uploaded separately as an attachment. Abstracts that do not comply with these guidelines may not be considered.

All submissions will be reviewed by the organizing committee to determine their suitability for the conference.
